existing grey shell retail building. The restaurant included a 1,250 SF commercial kitchen and exposed spiral ductwork at the dining areas.
Wildflower Bread Company Restaurants, Scottsdale, AZ. Mechanical, plumbing, and electrical design for a 4,300 square foot restaurant in an
existing building. Approximately 1,240 SF of the space consists of a commercial kitchen. The restaurant was a complete remodel of an
existing Wildflower restaurant including an expansion converting an exterior patio in to dining space.
Wildflower Bread Company Corporate Office and Commissary. Phoenix, AZ. Mechanical, plumbing, and electrical design for approximately
11,000 sq. ft. baking kitchen and 6,000 sq. ft. of corporate office space. The commissary kitchen consisted of large-scale cooking
ovens and other kitchen equipment required for baking in mass production for distribution to local Wildflower Bread stores.
Casino del Sol - Luna Nightclub, Tucson, AZ Mechanical, Plumbing and Electrical power and lighting design for a 5,300 sq. ft. night club
within an existing casino facility. The mechanical system for the new nightclub consisted of a new ground mounted chilled water air handling
unit, which was tied in to the existing chilled water system at the facility.
Casino del Sol - Tropico, Tucson, AZ Mechanical, Plumbing and Electrical design for a 2,000 sq. ft. showroom and lounge in an existing
casino facility.
TASTE Ultra Lounge, Scottsdale, Arizona. Renovation of an existing 8,500 sq. ft. restaurant/brewery and a 2,500 sq. ft. patio space with a
nightclub and lounge, a kitchen, and three bars, one of which will be outdoors.
Ling & Louie's, Denver, CO. Mechanical, Plumbing and Electrical design for 5700 sq ft restaurant with 1500 sq ft kitchen on the bottom
floor of a multistory building utilizing chilled water distribution system.
Saddle Ranch, Scottsdale, AZ. Mechanical, plumbing, and electrical design for 10,200 sq ft restaurant TI.

areas as well as multi-use rooms used for special occasions, conferences, etc. The restaurant includes a commercial kitchen of approximately
1400 SF and both interior and exterior patio bars.

kitchen. The restaurant was built in an existing empty shell building.
