core infrastructure upgrade to a 430,000 sq. ft. 25,000 sq. ft. full service cafeteria, 260-ton water- cooled chiller for each building, and back
up cooling systems were provided for continuous 24/7 operation.
Microsoft Corporation - Buildings 1-10, Central Chilled Water Plant, Redmond, WA. Mechanical Engineering for a new, partially below
grade building. Building housed a 4,350-ton capacity cooling chilled water plant.
Microsoft Corporation - Buildings 8, 9, and 10, Redmond, WA. Mechanical Engineering for Microsoft campus headquarters, 440,000-sq.ft.
Underground parking garages, common cafeteria/serving area, complete remodel of the HVAC system to accommodate above-normal
cooling and electrical needs.
Microsoft Corporation - building 25 Netshow, Richmond, WA. Mechanical system upgrades, including installation of a 450-ton centrifugal
water-cooled chiller and pumping system, to deliver chilled water to remote fan coil units for high-density equipment meeting the increased
cooling demands.
Kaplan University -Tempe, AZ Mechanical, plumbing and electrical engineering 12,500-sq.ft. office expansion in an existing four story
building.
Anthem Online - Phoenix, AZ Mechanical, plumbing and electrical engineering for a 55,00-sq.ft. office including a server room.
